Q: Will my order be packed on YouTube?
A: Yes! I pack all of my orders on my YouTube channel
Q: Can I send you a bracelet?
A: I am working on setting up a P.O. Box and will share that as soon as I do!
Q: Where do you ship to?
A: I only ship within the United States and Canada
Q: How can I contact you?
A: If you need to contact me you can email me at info@kellyprepsterstudio.com. Please note it may take 3-5 business days for me to respond
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: It will take me around 3-5 business days to package your order and then after that it will take anywhere from 1-2 weeks for the order to arrive. Every order will include a tracking number to keep up to date on the status of your order once it is in the mail.
Return Policy
I do not offer any returns or refunds unless any of your items arrive damaged. If any items do arrive damaged you will have seven days from your order arriving to report the issue to info@kellyprepsterstudio.com. Note, all sales are final. You are responsible for verifying that your shipping address is correct and can receive packages. KellyPrepsterStudio is not responsible for any accidental/unnaproved orders that you place. There will be no refunds for any address errors.
Important notes for any exchnages
- To qualify for a damaged item exchange you must send photo or video proof to info@kellyprepsterstudio.com No returns or exchanges will be processed without completing this step.
- For all exchanges please allow 5-10 business days to process
- Some items on my shop are one of a kind and will have to be replaced with a similar item of the same category
